Shrnutí národní konference EMN Integrace migrantů jako předpoklad pro soudržnou a bezpečnou společnost (CZ, EN)

CZ: Dne 23. října 2025 proběhla v Praze Národní konference EMN, která se zaměřila na budoucí směřování české integrační politiky v kontextu evropských trendů. Diskuse zdůraznily potřebu společné vize propojující migraci, integraci, bezpečnost i sociální soudržnost. Účastníci ocenili silnou síť regionálních integračních center i práci obcí a neziskových organizací, zároveň však upozornili na přetrvávající výzvy, jako je zneužívání agenturního zaměstnávání či nedostatek interkulturních pracovníků. Konference potvrdila, že úspěšná integrace je klíčová pro stabilitu a bezpečnost společnosti a vyžaduje dlouhodobou a koordinovanou strategii.

EN: On 23 October 2025, the National EMN Conference took place in Prague, focusing on the future direction of Czech integration policy within the broader European context. Discussions highlighted the need for a shared vision linking migration, integration, security and social cohesion. Participants praised the strong network of regional integration centres as well as the contributions of municipalities and NGOs, while noting ongoing challenges such as the misuse of agency employment and the shortage of intercultural workers. The conference reaffirmed that effective integration is essential for societal stability and security and requires a strategic, coordinated and long-term approach.
